  • Do you have a catalogue?
    We do not publish a printed catalogue. Our selection changes frequently, with new lines added every week. Our website shows all of our current stock.

  • What is the cost of shipping?
    This depends on which service you choose and where you live. Standard shipping takes 3 to 4 working days to most UK addresses and costs £4.95 (including Northern Ireland, Isle of Man and Scotland, but not including the Channel Islands). Express Next Working Day shipping to UK mainland addresses costs £6.50. Offshore parts of the UK (such as Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Scilly Isles and Scottish islands) cost a little more for an express service. Shipping to the Channel Islands costs £12. Saturday delivery, Before 10AM, Before Noon and International services are also available. Visit our SHIPPING page for more information.

  • How long will it take for my order to arrive?
    Orders placed online before 2:00PM are usually dispatched the same day (Monday to Friday). Orders placed after 2:00PM and orders placed by telephone are usually dispatched on the next working day. How long your parcel will take to arrive depends on which service you choose. Standard UK shipping takes 3 to 4 working days. UK Express services are Next Working Day. Overseas orders take a little longer.

  • I'm not at home during the day, can items be delivered to an alternate address?
    Yes! Our website gives you the option to specify an alternate delivery address. The first address is your invoice address which is where your credit or debit card is registered. Please ensure that this information is entered correctly. You can then tick the box to indicate that you would like your order delivering to a different address - our website will ask for the delivery address on a subsquent page. As most parcels require a signature, it is a good idea to specify the address of your work, a friend or neighbour if you aren't going to be at home during the day.

  • Can my order be sent to a BFPO (British Forces Post Office) address?
    Yes! In conjunction with ParcelForce Worldwide, we are able to offer delivery to BFPO addresses anywhere in the world at a very special rate. At checkout, select "United Kingdom" as your country and then choose "BFPO" as your shipping option. The cost of shipping to a BFPO address is £12 and delivery takes from 2 to 60 days, depending upon the destination.

  • Can I return items that don't fit?
    Items should be returned in their original condition with all bags, tags and labels within 14 days of dispatch. Underwear, socks, swimwear, braces, ties and some other items cannot be returned. Visit our RETURNS & EXCHANGES page for full details.

  • Can I exchange an item for a different size or colour?
    Yes! There will be a Returns Form in your parcel. Simply complete the details of the items that you would like instead plus your credit/debit card details to cover the cost of shipping.   • Is it safe to order online?
    Ordering online is by far the safest way to shop with Big Ozzy. You only provide your credit/debit card details to our online payment processor, HSBC Secure ePayments, who inform us if the payment has been successful. HSBC use world-class encryption and fraud detection technology to keep your details safe.

  • I don't have a credit card. Can I still order from you?
    You can place your order by post and pay using a cheque or postal order. Simply download our ORDER FORM and send it to us with your payment.

  • Can I order by telephone?
    If you are unable to order online, we can take your order over the telephone. Telephone orders take much longer to process and will usually be dispatched on the next working day.

  • What size should I order?
    General sizing information can be found on our SIZES page. We try and list actual sizes where possible. Click on the links that say "More Info, Sizing & Bigger Pictures ..." in the item lists for full details. We cannot guarantee that a particular item will fit you, but we try to give as much information as we can. We recommend that you measure yourself before ordering to get the correct size. If you don't have a tape measure, you can download the BIG OZZY TAPE MEASURE.

    It can be difficult to get the right size when ordering clothes online, that is why we operate a flexible Returns policy. If you have always struggled to get the right size in high street shops, it may take you a little while to find the right sizes for you and to get to know which manufacturers fit you best. Remember that just because you can squeeze yourself into a 2XL, because that is all you have been able to get from the major retailers, that may not be the right size for you. Don't worry about the label, get the size that fits well and is comfortable - clothes that are too small make you look bigger. Visit our LOOK GOOD page for more information.

  • I don't see my size. Do you have it?
    Our website lists everything that we have in stock. Therefore, if you don't see your size, then it has sold out.

  • Should I order multiple sizes and send back the ones that don't fit?
    We actively discourage customers from ordering the same item in several sizes with the intention of sending some back. This practice takes items out of stock for other customers to purchase and increases our costs. We work very hard to keep our prices low and while other retailers may add £1 or £2 onto the price of each garment to cover these costs, we do not think it is fair to penalise all of our customers because of a small number of customers that order multiple sizes. We are always happy to provide detailed measurements or offer sizing advice prior to purchase, so please contact us if you're not sure. We also reserve the right to charge a restocking fee where multiple sizes are ordered.

  • If an item is out of stock, can you order it for me?
    Usually, we order our stock up to a year in advance and it is made specially for us. Therefore, it is usually not possible to order more once a style sells out. Some basic items (such as plain shirts, t-shirt and polo-shirts) are restocked frequently. However, we generally cannot special order an individual item.

  • I would like to order a suit, but don't see the size combination I need. Can I mix and match?
    Our suits only come in the combinations that you see (usually, the trousers are 5" smaller than the chest of the jacket). It is not possible to mix and match sizes. Big Ozzy suits are amazing value and even with the cost of an alteration are still significanty cheaper than a custom-made suit.

  • Can I visit you and try things on?
    You are very welcome to visit our Warehouse Shop in Leyburn, North Yorkshire between 10:00 AM and 4:00 PM, Monday to Saturday. You can try on garments and gets lots of help with finding the correct size and style.

  • My order has not arrived. What should I do?
    Many parcels can be tracked online. You should have received an email from our courier with your tracking details. If you did not receive a tracking number, please email us at bigozzy@bigozzy.com and we will provide it. If delivery of your parcel was attempted, but no-one was available at your address to accept the delivery, a card should have been left with information on how to collect your parcel or arrange for it to be delivered. Your parcel may also have been delivered to a neighbour, your local post office or local Royal Mail delivery office. Please email us for advice if you have any queries.

  • Are you from Australia?
    No. Our name comes from the nickname of the founder of our company. He has always been known as "Ozzy" and he's big!

  • Why should I buy from you?
    We started in 2002 quite simply because Mrs Ozzy got sick of hearing Big Ozzy complain about not being able to find clothes. Our company has gone from strength to strength and we are now one of the largest online retailers of oversize menswear in the world. Big Ozzy himself is still running the company supported by a growing team of dedicated and professional people. We know from experience how frustrating and distressing it can be trying to find clothes when you are bigger than average. The sole aim of our company is to offer great clothes at great prices for the larger man - just because you aren't average does not mean that you should be ripped off or ridiculed - around here you and your wallet will be treated with respect!
