We offer a variety of shipping options. The shipping cost is per order and depends upon the destination and the service selected. All UK services except BFPO and some international services are fully insured and most offer online tracking. A signature is required for all deliveries. Orders will be shipped with ParcelForce or Royal Mail. Please email us at bigozzy@bigozzy.com if you have any queries. Orders placed online by 2:00PM are usually dispatched on the same day (Monday to Friday). Orders received after 2:00PM and orders placed by telephone will be dispatched on the following working day. Unless you select a guaranteed timed delivery, your parcel may be delivered any time between 7:00AM and 8:00PM.
